Larry Hole: President

Larry Hole is the Founder and President of Pannello. Larry has been in the office furniture industry for over 30 years and has an extensive background in working in the corporate workplace. His areas of specialization include Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Process Management.

Larry has worked with numerous corporate clients assuming a Leadership Role of the Planning and Project Management Teams. Among the companies that Larry has worked with;

Tod Murphy: Principal

Tod is Co-Founder of Pannello System bringing 16 years of experience in the corporate furnishings industry with him. Tod’s strength is in developing strong business relationships through trust and commitment. He has completed some of the highest profile projects in the market and has focused his attention on architectural wall products recently; a growing part of the industry that has become a passion of his.

During his career he has successfully managed large projects not only in the Boston and Rhode Island market but throughout North America. He has continually worked with some of the most recognized clients in the industry because he is always driven to execute the most complicated projects in a timely fashion. Among those clients are:

Tod began his career in the furniture industry as a Senior Account Representative for Office Environments of New England for 9 years. Vocon, a leading design firm in Cleveland, Ohio specified our system for this global consulting firm. The client requirements demanded a trend-setting glass wall system. Additionally, electrified privacy glass was specified for the Board Room and the Video Conferencing Room. Dan is installing the custom framing system for the swing door. This corner office overlooks Lake Erie.

LSM, an award winning architectural firm in Washington, D.C. specified our system for this global law firm. The project had special requirements; freestanding offices with world-class aesthetics, acoustical sound absorbing panels, and custom engineered seismic bracing. Raul is using his laser to precisely measure and locate the custom engineered bases.
